What you could do is use quick connects such as # BDW20047. One of them you would wire to the batteries using 10 gauge wire such as # 10-2-1, sold by the foot, and the other one would wire to the solar panels. It sounds like your leaf springs are not the issue and changing your springs to a higher capacity could cause a rougher ride when traveling. The bounce or sway has to do with how you set your stabilizer legs and it sounds like they are not supporting enough weight.
